About the Role
Job Description Job Description The general purpose of the welder is primarily to be responsible for the adequate and
safe welding of components used in the daily production of piling equipment and accessories. Work is completed under the
direction and/or guidance of the superintendent, keyman/foreman, and/or shop supervisor. Responsibilities: Fabricate,
per drawing, the various weldments needed for standard and non-standard production. Performing, in an expert manner, any
welding job from start to finish (including welding, layout, fixturing, drilling, and tapping) without instructions or
assistance – except for unusual circumstances. Perform set up and operation of burning, grinding, sawing, tapping, and
