Assembler / Shipper Join a tight-knit, family-owned machine shop where your work directly contributes to high-precision

aerospace and defense projects. As an Assembler / Shipper, you'll build and inspect small mechanical components, support

hardware installation, and help ensure finished products ship accurately and on time. If you enjoy hands-on work,

variety in your day, and being part of a team that values craftsmanship, this role is a great fit. Precision Assembly

Assemble small, high-accuracy components using blueprints, travelers, and detailed work instructions. Hardware

Installation Install helicoils, inserts, and PEM-style hardware using torque tools and small assembly equipment. Quality
