About the Role

Generac - - Responsibilities: Assemble according to work instructions and drawings, using electronics assembly equipment

and PPE; Resolve problems with assistance from peers or supervisor; Suggest and implement improvements of existing

equipment, designs, and/or processes to improve safety, quality, delivery and productivity; Cross-train in multiple

assembly areas and flex to other departments based on business needs; Provide training to new and current employees on

work instructions/standard work
