About the Role
Job Description AriensCo is seeking motivated and experienced Assemblers to assist our kitting team at the Plant 4
location. Location: Brillion, Wisconsin. Pay: Starts at $20 per hour + $4,000 sign‐on bonus. Schedule & Shift: Monday –
Thursday, 4 days × 10 hours; 5 AM – 3 PM. Responsibilities Operate machinery and tools safely. Live and promote the
Ariens Core Values and 15 Principles. Assemble outdoor power equipment as part of a team, responsible for daily
production goals. Perform assembly tasks using hand or power tools, including assembling and boxing aftermarket
accessories such as suspension seat upgrade kits, lighting kits, hand warmer kits, hitch kits, twel kits, and striping
