About the Role

Assemble and complete the most complex aircraft cabinet components at or above the expected standards of safety,

quality, schedule and cost, using engineering and industrial definitions, procedures and guidelines that support the

delivery to the aircraft for all aircraft models. Consistently performs at or above the expected standards of safety,

quality, schedule and cost Works with engineering and industrial definition using 2D/3D data, company standards and work

instructions to build aircraft cabinet components Mentors more junior co-workers or contractors to be efficient and

increase their quality of work Proposes and supports continuous improvement to management and co-workers Fosters ACE
