About the Role

Job Description We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assembler. Pay Starts at $20/hour + $4,000 sign on bonus.

Schedule & Shift Monday - Thursday (4 days x 10 hours); 4:30AM-2:30PM or 4:45AM-2:45PM. Day‐to‐Day Responsibilities Safe

operation of machine and tools. Live and promote the Ariens Core Values and 15 Principles. Work as part of a team having

responsibility for assembling outdoor power equipment. Perform any assembly-type functions using hand or power tools.

Operate equipment needed to perform the job. Strict adherence to standard work. Assist team members in other areas if

needed to meet daily production goals. Ability to problem solve effectively. Ability to communicate. Qualifications Must
