you'll get hands‐on experience making our full range of breads and pastries—from mixing and shaping to baking and
finishing. You'll be working with beautiful regional grains and learning traditional techniques that make our products
stand out. Whether you're into sourdough or sweet treats, there's a place for you here. We're currently hiring for the
following roles: Pastry Baker (AM - 6am - 7am start time) Our pastry bakers help bring our entire pastry program to
life. This includes: Viennoiserie: mixing, laminating, and shaping croissants, danishes, and more Cold Case items:
