located on 991 Sandcastle Ave. Our ideal candidate is self‐driven, punctual, and hard‐working. Job Title Experienced
Butcher/Meat Cutter (Must Have 1 Year Experience) Summary The Butcher cuts, trims, and prepares meat for use or sale in
grocery stores and taqueria. Duties Operates meat processing equipment. Uses hand tools and power equipment to cut meat
to specifications. Tenderizes, packages, weighs, labels, and prices meat products. Arranges meat products in the display
counter to attract the attention of customers. Prepares special‐ordered cuts of meat for customers. Evaluates quality
