and skilled Maintenance Technician II to support our stunning property, The Corliss located in Milwaukee, WI and East

National Flats located in Milwaukee, WI. You will work amongst a team of professionals within a breathtaking community

with premium amenities. The Maintenance Technician II is role responsible for handling more complex maintenance tasks,

advanced diagnostics, and specialized repairs. This role provides leadership support by mentoring Technician I staff,

overseeing turnovers, and managing preventative maintenance programs. The Technician II works with greater independence
