About the Role

Major Responsibilities: Acts as a resource to department, facilities, and other entities as follows: dispatches customer

requests for supplies/equipment; distributes supplies/equipment in response to issue requisitions, customer requests,

defined replenishment schedules and purchase orders. Follows up with requests to ensure completion. Ensures availability

of supplies/equipment and timely delivery of requests. Receives, stocks, and stores incoming supplies and equipment.

Warehouses and maintains inventory levels. Performs issues/credits for supplies/equipment as necessary. Ensures proper

billing by accurately recording all forms for proper invoicing and charging. Data enters charges for related
