About the Role
Amazon is seeking Work From Home Customer Service Representatives to assist customers with orders, returns, refunds,
account issues, delivery questions, and general customer inquiries through phone, chat, and email support. Customer
Service Representatives are responsible for resolving customer concerns, processing returns and refunds, tracking
packages, updating customer accounts, documenting customer interactions, and providing professional and friendly
customer service while meeting performance and quality standards.
