About the Role
Summary The primary purpose of this position is to lead three or more workers to accomplish trades and/or labor work on
a substantially full time and continuing basis. Leader is responsible to both perform the work assigned by a supervisor
and ensure that subordinates completed assigned work consistent with trades and labor standards. On a regular and
recurring basis, utilizes trades and/or labor knowledge and skill to lead a team of three or more workers in performance
of various related work. Performs nonsupervisory trades and/or labor work that is usually of the same kind and level as
members of the work crew led. Troubleshoots, modifies, repairs, and tests complex electrical systems, components, and
