About the Role
To support a growing People function, the full-time AI Automation Builder will build AI-powered automations for core HR
workflows, translating workflow specifications into functional solutions while working remotely from anywhere in the
continental US. Key responsibilities Build AI powered automations for recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, and employee
lifecycle processes Translate defined workflow specs into built, tested, and deployed automations Integrate automations
with existing tools such as Workday and Microsoft 365, and maintain them as People needs evolve Required qualifications
Demonstrated ability to build and ship automations using AI tools Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, and basic
