the Midwest. This full-time role involves hands-on work such as mowing, landscaping, and seasonal grounds preparation to
ensure all properties are well-kept and inviting. Essential Responsibilities Operate hand and gas-powered tools to mow
grass, rake leaves, trim bushes and trees, plant flowers and shrubbery, and remove dead plants. Water and fertilize
vegetation, and prepare grounds for seasonal changes. Maintain driveways, walkways, and parking lots by removing snow
and ice as needed. Perform maintenance tasks including painting and repairs on fences and outbuildings. Support the
