About the Role

Role Purpose ADR Driver Training Specialist (Regional) is a role focusing on ensuring drivers operate safely,

compliantly, and efficiently across the North Region fleet. Key Responsibilities Recruitment and Onboarding: support

hiring process and deliver 3‑day Driver Induction. Ongoing Driver Training: provide regular refresher and mode training.

Record Management: maintain driver competence records using Express Class. Post‑Incident Support: offer reassessment and

retraining after incidents. Driving Performance Reviews: analyse driving data with management to identify support needs.

Behavioural Interventions: conduct targeted support for drivers requiring behavioural improvements. Continuous
