in residential multi‐family, condo‐coop, mixed‐use, and retail building management. We invite you to apply and join our

dynamic team of professionals at NYC's premier full‐service property management firm. Base pay range $25.00/hr -

$25.00/hr Responsibilities Perform porter duties such as cleaning common areas, maintaining cleanliness and

organization, and ensuring a pleasant environment for residents. Follow the new sanitation garbage schedule, including

working two night shifts plus Saturday afternoons as required. Qualifications Prior experience in porter or maintenance
