with hands-on leadership, guiding machinists, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and resolving technical issues
to meet production and quality goals. Responsibilities: Perform complex setups on CNC mills and lathes, including
selecting and installing tooling and fixtures, setting offsets, and validating first-article parts to ensure they meet
