About the Role

Challenge Mfg. Company is looking for a candidate to operate resistance spot welders and power presses ensuring quality

production. This role involves following safety protocols, performing inspections, and participating in continuous

improvement. The position is for the 2nd shift from 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM, M-F, with occasional weekends. A pay rate of

$17.00 plus $1.00 shift differential is offered, along with comprehensive benefits including insurance and a 401k match.
