About the Role

Machine Operators Wanted Masterson Staffing Solutions is now recruiting Machine Operators for our client customer in

Maple Lake, MN. 2nd shift: 3:45p-1:45a M-Thurs $20/hour Set up and operate rotational molding equipment according to

production schedules and specifications. Load and unload molds with raw materials and finished products. Monitor molding

cycles and make adjustments to ensure consistent product quality. Remove finished products from molds and perform

necessary trimming, assembly, or finishing tasks. Inspect molded parts for defects and perform quality checks to ensure

compliance with standards. Maintain accurate production and quality records as required. Assist with mold changes,
