2nd Shift Lead Maintenance Technician

About the Role

JOB DESCRIPTION The 2nd Shift Lead Maintenance Technician is a working lead responsible for overseeing and supporting

staff during 2nd shift. This position ensures safe and efficient production by providing hands-on troubleshooting,

equipment maintenance, interpretation of blueprints and bills of materials (BOMs), support with sub-assembly, and

machine build tasks. This role partners closely with 1st shift Assembly Supervisor, Quality Control, and Engineering to

ensure consistent workflow, proper equipment performance, and adherence to quality standards. The Lead Technician sets

expectations for productivity and quality and serves as the technical resource for 2nd shift. Serve as the working lead
