About the Role

Hand Packer The Hand Packer is responsible for safely and accurately packaging eggs in accordance with company

standards, food safety requirements, and production goals. Strong communication with Grader Operators to help with

efficiency of product. Key Responsibilities Remove eggs from the production line and place them into appropriate

packaging or onto pallets Identify, remove, and properly dispose of damaged or dirty eggs Apply correct labels and

verify dates to ensure accuracy Communicate with denester and line team members regarding product flow changes Pack and

unpack finished goods as required Report quality, safety, or equipment concerns to the lead or manager Maintain a clean
