About the Role
Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC machines, including vertical and horizontal mills and lathes, to
produce precision parts; Interpret and read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine machining requirements
and ensure parts meet design standards; Perform machine setups, including selecting and installing tooling, workholding,
and fixtures for CNC mills and lathes; Monitor machining operations and make adjustments to feeds, speeds, and tooling
to maintain quality and productivity; Inspect finished parts for accuracy, surface finish, and conformance to
specifications, and correct any deviations
