Job Summary: The Farm Maintenance role is to ensure the upkeep, daily maintenance and productivity of the farm. Key

Responsibilities: Maintain farms to ensure a clean and safe environment Mow, weed eat, prune, and perform landscape

maintenance as needed Conduct general equipment maintenance; keep records of equipment inspection logs Report damaged

equipment, tools, and supplies Report near misses and potential dangers Assist with cherry pickup, loading and unloading
