About the Role

Bus Driver In Training Reports To: Route Supervisor FSLA Status: Non-Exempt Compensation: $12.84 Work Days: Monday -

Friday (as needed) FTE: Max 20 hours per week Position Summary: The primary responsibility of a Bus Driver in Training

will be to complete the required training to obtain a CDL license and a Bus Driver Certification from The State

Department of Education in a time-frame of 60 days of being hired. During this time-frame employees must show progress

based on the judgement of the Supervisor or Director, if progress is not shown the employee is subject to termination.

Once the CDL License and Certification are obtained the transfer will be submitted for the employee to become a
