Staff Management SMX - - Responsibilities: Tape/grease ends of chain; Grind the tops of the chains if painted or rusty;
Lay out hardware on the shoes; Place bolts into holes and tighten down nuts with impact gun; Torque down all bolts per
specifications using the torque machine and/or hand torque wrench
