About the Role
1st Shift Tig Welder (Aluminum Extrusions) Expertise: Pass certification tests for welding equipment setup and
operation. Use a TIG welder to consistently produce quality seam and tack welds. Handle lightweight to heavyweight weld
assemblies using blueprints, layouts, sketches, or templates. Quality Control: Ensure close tolerance by setting tools,
gauges, and stops. Use scales, calipers, and measuring tools to verify quality. Operational Support: Assist with
maintaining tools and equipment. Contribute to upstream and downstream processes to maintain workflow. Accurately manage
move tickets, scrap tickets, and stock movements. Other Duties: Perform tasks as assigned to meet production goals.
