About the Role

Welder (MIG/TIG) - 1st or 3rd Shift Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour (Based on Experience) Type: Temp-to-Hire Full-Time |

Weekly Pay We are seeking a skilled and dependable Welder to join our growing manufacturing team on 3rd shift. This

position is responsible for fabricating, assembling, and welding metal components while maintaining high standards for

quality and safety. If you have experience with MIG, TIG, or stick welding and enjoy working in a hands-on environment,

we encourage you to apply! Perform MIG, TIG, and/or stick welding according to specifications. Measure, cut, fit, and

assemble metal materials and components. Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and accuracy. Operate welding
